You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice. For Services engagements, termination rights are as set forth in the applicable service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Hainan International Arbitration Court in Haikou, Hainan, China.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, pandemic, or telecommunications failures.
These Terms, together with applicable service agreements, statements of work, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grace Gem regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
